Thank you for your e-mail and I am grateful that you get straight to the point
"People who have worked and saved all their lives will be able to pass on their hard-earned pensions to their families tax free. I'm abolishing the punitive 55% death tax altogether."
George, the inherited privileges you received were not earned by you, so if you only wish to reward "hard working" (yawn) people, why would you suppose by your very own contrary rhetoric, that people like you should be further advantaged by the tax system?
More to the point, how do you propose to pay for the protection of these unearned privileges for the already privileged?
The clue is in your next sentence.
"The Conservatives will take the difficult decisions to carry on getting the deficit down. So we will freeze benefits for two years from April 2016."
