Where to Park the Car 14 January 2007

I watched this poor driver try to get round this corner to make his delivery to the flagship Marks and Spencer in Oxford Street, London, but this unattended yellow van was inconsiderately parked on the corner on double yellow lines.

The driver was stuck in the position for 20 minutes

Yes it was the Metropolitan Police

keeping Westminster blocked up and parking anywhere they damn well please. Here’s their phone number.
